Prompt Therapy™ merchandise is produced through trusted third-party fulfillment partners,

including print-on-demand providers.

Return Eligibility


We accept returns for physical merchandise under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in its original condition (when applicable)


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are non-returnable:

  • Print-on-demand apparel and merchandise (shirts, hoodies, mugs) unless damaged or defective

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Digital products (courses, downloads, certifications)

  • Gift cards


Book & Bundle Orders

  • Books and physical bundles are eligible for replacement only if damaged or misprinted

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse on printed books or bundles


How to Request a Replacement or Refund


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please

contact support@prompttherapy.ai within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem


Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

  • Return shipping costs are covered only for damaged or incorrect items

  • We do not accept returns for size issues or preference changes
